Taka Bid's Terms & Conditions – Your Rights & Responsibilities

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the Taka Bid website and platform. This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between Taka Bid (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") and the user (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "member").

By registering on our platform or using any of our services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are of sound mind and capable of making your own decisions.
• You do not reside in a country or region where online gaming is strictly prohibited.
• You are voluntarily agreeing to these terms.

2.1 One Account Policy

Each individual may register only one account on Taka Bid. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. If more than one account is detected sharing the same mobile number, device, or IP address, all associated accounts will be suspended.

2.2 Providing Accurate Information

You are required to provide truthful and accurate information at the time of registration. Opening an account with false or incorrect information is a violation of these terms. Taka Bid may request documents for identity verification at any time.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for your account password and login credentials. Never share your password with anyone, and always log out after using a public device. Report any unauthorised access to your account to our support team immediately.

To make a deposit on Taka Bid, you must be logged into your account and use an approved payment method. Deposits sent from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned.

Always include your Taka Bid user ID as the payment reference when making a deposit. Omitting this may delay payment matching. All deposits are accepted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Certain conditions must be met before withdrawing winnings from Taka Bid. Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory and must be completed before your first withdrawal.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳300
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳2,00,000
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
• Withdrawals will be sent to the same account from which the deposit was made.
• Withdrawals may be placed on hold if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

Taka Bid offers various types of bonuses. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, and it is your responsibility to read and understand them fully.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

The bonus awarded on your first deposit is not cash. It is credited to your wallet as a bonus balance and can only be withdrawn after completing the required wagering amount.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 15x to 30x. This means that if you receive a bonus of ৳1,000, you must wager between ৳15,000 and ৳30,000 before making a withdrawal. Wagering contributions may vary for specific games.

5.3 Bonus Abuse Policy

Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through multiple accounts or family members will be treated as bonus abuse. In such cases, the bonus may be voided and the account may be closed.

All games on Taka Bid use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system, ensuring that the outcome of every spin or bet is entirely random and not predetermined.

Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes using external software or tools is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed and all winnings forfeited.

6.1 Game Errors & Disruptions

If any abnormal winnings are displayed due to a technical error, Taka Bid reserves the right to void those winnings. Under the "Void pays" policy, payouts resulting from software bugs or server errors are not valid.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Taka Bid and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions.
• Using bots or automated software to influence game outcomes.
• Attempting to hack or breach system security.
• Harassment or abusive behaviour towards other members.
• Opening or operating an account using a false identity.
• Making payments using another person's bank or mobile account.

Taka Bid reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Any violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification or refusal to provide required documents.
• Suspicious or unusual transaction patterns.
• Direction from law enforcement authorities.

You may request account closure at any time. Any valid balance remaining in your wallet at the time of closure will be refunded, but any bonus balance will be forfeited.

Taka Bid shall not be held liable for the following:

• Game cancellation or loss of winnings due to internet disconnection.
• Errors caused by third-party software or services.
• Unauthorised transactions resulting from sharing your account password.
• Loss of service due to force majeure events.

In any gaming dispute, Taka Bid's server logs and records shall serve as the definitive evidence.

Taka Bid reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of the page will be revised and a notification will be sent to your registered email or via SMS.

Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you may request to close your account.
